Freeing Yourself with Ho’oponopono

Ho’oponopono means to make things right – to correct wrongs with your relationships, including yourself. It is a beautiful process of clearing and forgiving that can set your free from many troubles, past regrets, problems with people in your life, sorrows you carry around and negativity you maintain with yourself. Ho’oponopono is a Huna technique. Huna is a very ancient system of knowledge that dates back thousands of years, to some of the earliest teachings we know of on Earth. For years it remained a secret, and as such the teachings have been kept very pure. Today, Huna teachings are available for everyone’s benefit, one of the most beneficial being the teachings of Ho’oponopono. The energy of everyone you have known and everything you have done resides within you. This energy affects your behavior now. It’s part of the filter and belief system that makes up your perception. Standing Up for Yourself

Many interpersonal conflicts and anger arise when you feel that your rights have been violated.  One solution we use is to be passive, but then, you’re not only mad at the person who violated your rights, but angry at yourself for not standing up for yourself. The solution is to be assertive and learn to honestly and effectively communicate your feelings and needs to other people. One of the reasons we hesitate to be assertive is because we are worried about what the other person will think. This is giving your power away, placing the power outside of yourself. In order to take care of yourself and solve your problems, you have to keep your power,  taking action based on your inner truth, acting from the heart. When you have the courage to stand up for yourself and claim your own power, you feel whole. You can’t be responsible for… Read the rest....

Healing Painful Charges and Wounds from the Past

We all have them. Emotional wounding from our childhood. An event, a person, something happened to create a cluster of pain and beliefs surrounding that pain. Years can go by, and as long as that wound is still festering, all it takes is a word, or a certain look on someone’s face to trigger it. Then suddenly you are embroiled in a cloud of turbulence, lashing out at the poor person or thing that set you off, telling yourself a story of pain. A story that seems so true, that controls you so much, that eats away at your happiness. I have a wound around rejection. It comes with a set of beliefs to support it. “I’m not loved, people will betray me, I’m not wanted, I have to earn love, even good things won’t last, etc.” Once you get a wounding, it’s always there preventing you from seeing what… Read the rest....

How to get over someone

Breaking up IS hard to do. Sometimes, after all the decisions are made, the moves taken care of and the lifestyles adjusted, it’s still hard to let go of focusing on your ‘ex’. Thoughts and feelings can still dominate you despite your best intentions to move on. So, how to do really get over someone and get on with your life? The reason why it’s so hard to let go is because your energy is still tied up in the old relationship. We all have energy bodies and when we interact with other people we make connections with their energy bodies. The longer the relationship lasts and the more emotional it is, the stronger those bonds. So, the person can be gone, but the bonds are still there. And, since energy follows thought, as long as you keep thinking of the other person, the longer the bonds have a hold… Read the rest....

The Aloha Spirit

by Serge Kahili King, Ph.D. Aloha International The Aloha Spirit is a well known reference to the attitude of friendly acceptance for which the Hawaiian Islands are so famous. However, it also refers to a powerful way to resolve any problem, accomplish any goal, and also to achieve any state of mind or body that you desire. In the Hawaiian language, aloha stands for much more than just “hello” or “goodbye” or “love.” Its deeper meaning is “the joyful (oha) sharing (alo) of life energy (ha) in the present (alo).” As you share this energy you become attuned to the Divine Power that the Hawaiians call mana. And the loving use of this incredible Power is the secret for attaining true health, happiness, prosperity and success. The way to tune into this Power and have it work for you is so simple that you might be tempted to pass it… Read the rest....
