The Key to Your Subconscious – Images, Feelings and Metaphors

Your subconscious contains all of your memories, emotions, beliefs, programs, habits, preferences and drives. It controls all functions of your body, heals and balances you when you’re sleeping. It is the gateway to your other dimensions of your being: your spiritual energy, past lives, akashic record, parallel lives, your mythic reality, symbolic reality, transpersonal reality.  Your subconscious is really running the show. The Mind-Body Connection to Conquer Challenges

We all have a physical body, emotional body and mental body and they all influence each other. I’m sure you’ve had the experience where alot of mental stress (mental) makes your irritable (emotional) and exhausted (physical), or when eating too much sugar (physical) and made you feel agitated (emotional) and not thinking straight (mental). There are many examples you can think of where it’s clear that one body is affecting the others. You can use this to your advantage. If one body is feeling down, use the other two bodies to bring it back up. For instance, if you are down-in-the-dumps emotionally, use your physical and mental bodies to bring yourself back up. Transforming Limiting Beliefs

When an elephant is a baby, to keep it in place, they put a chain on one leg and tie it to a stake in the ground. The little baby elephant tries and tries but can’t break free and soon gives up. When the elephant grows up into huge, powerful animal, it still will stay close to the stake even though he could easily the chain and roam free. Why doesn’t he even try to break loose? Because as a child, he learned that he couldn’t break free and he still believes it. Your subconscious mind contains all sorts of limiting beliefs that you agreed to at one time or another.
